Método Node.js http2session.localSettings

http2session.localSettings es una interfaz de programación de  aplicaciones incorporada de clase http2session dentro del módulo http2 que se utiliza para obtener un objeto sin prototipo que describe la configuración local actual de esta Http2Session.
