Enfoque :
- Recorra la lista vinculada y use una tabla hash para almacenar la frecuencia de los elementos de la lista vinculada, de modo que la clave del mapa sea el elemento de la lista vinculada y el valor sea su frecuencia en la lista vinculada.
- Luego recorra la tabla hash para encontrar la frecuencia mínima.
